Se divide en dos grupos: B\u00e1sicos (donde se entrena t\u00e9cnica b\u00e1sica) y Avanzados (donde se entrena volumen y velocidad)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ciclismo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disciplina en donde se entrena Ciclismo b\u00e1sico y avanzado, orientado al ciclismo de Ruta. Se divide en dos grupos: B\u00e1sicos&nbsp; (donde se entrena t\u00e9cnicas y acostumbramiento a la ruta) y avanzados (donde se entrenan fondos de ruta de acuerdo a las competencias a realizar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carrera a Pie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disciplina en donde se entrena&nbsp; Carrera a Pie en distintos niveles, de acuerdo a los objetivos y carreras definidas.
